changelog: minor theme update + new feed layout

i'm making a new template layout for feeds to make them easier to write. instead of making the links manually i'm just gonna put them in a list of urls that generate feed html elements.

i'll be honest, writing changelog entries has been very tedious and tiring up until this point so im very pleased with this, small of an update as it is

i've removed the "SPAWO" page on the site and replaced it with my new OC directory site
